Matt Eskridge

2025 Season Played in seven games, starting one at linebacker. Recorded 15 total tackles with six solos. All of his tackles came over three games as he had six at Weber State and against Northern Colorado for his season high and three against Cal Poly. 2024 Season Redshirted during the year. Appeared in four games on the defensive line and on special teams. Made a solo tackle at Fresno State for his lone stop. Prior to Sacramento State Played the 2023 season at Riverside JC and helped lead the Tigers to the California JC championship. Named third team All-America by JC Gridwire. Finished the year with 44 tackles, including four sacks in 12 games. Tallied nine tackles with two TFLs and a sack at Long Beach JC for his highest total. Added eight tackles at Palomar JC. Had 1.5 sacks against Saddleback JC. Attended CCSF in 2022 where he was credited with 22 tackles in nine games. Finished with five stops against Santa Rosa JC for his season high. Forced a fumble at Butte JC, recovered a fumble against San Mateo JC and blocked a kick against Chabot JC. High School A 2021 graduate of Desert Pines HS in Las Vegas, Nev. Personal Majoring in kinesiology. Parents are Matthew and Kellie Eskridge.
