During his time at Milton, Holtschlag had a 60% completion rate, 2,227 yards passing, 20 passing touchdowns, 33 carries for 233 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns... Holtschlag also played lacrosse and started his sophomore, junior and senior seasons... His father Michael Holtshlag (football) and his mother Nacy Holtshlag (softball) were student-athletes at Harvard while his uncle David Holtshlag played football at Yale.
