2024: Did not see any action. Named to the 2024 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. Prior to Georgetown: Was a starter during his sophomore, junior and senior seasons. Named captain as a senior. Voted Most Dedicated Player as a senior. Georgia Athletic Coaches Association All State Selection as a Running Back in 6A Received the Vincent J Dooley Award for character, teamwork and citizenship. During his junior season Hughes was named scoutSMART All State All Academic Football Team. Helped his team win the GA AAAA State Championship. As a senior and junior was the Region 4 AAAAAA GA leader in rushing touchdowns scored. Lead his team with 1344 career rushing yards and 29 touchdowns and was second in career quarterback hurries and third in career tackle for losses. His grandfather Ron Hughes played football at Auburn in 1960.
