2024 (Junior Season): Saw action in five games, including the bowl game, and will use his redshirt season...Totaled 72 rushing yards on 16 carries…Rushed for one touchdown…Season-high 31 rushing yards and one touchdown against Merrimack (Sept. 7)…Recorded one reception for eight yards in loss to Maryland (Aug. 31)…Played in games against Maryland, Merrimack, Wake Forest, and North Carolina. 2023 (Sophomore Season): Played in 11 games his sophomore season...Had 112 carries for 550 yards and three touchdowns...Ran for 4.9 yards per carry...Caught 12 passes out of the backfield...Ran for a season-high 99 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries in the season opener vs. NC State (Aug. 31)...Had 15 rushes for 92 yards and caught three passes against Utah State (Sept. 30)...Ran it 18 times for 89 yards in a road win at Rice (Oct. 7)...Had 15 carries for 71 yards and a score in a season-ending win at UMass (Nov. 25). 2022 (Freshman Season): Saw action in 12 games as a true freshman... Led the Huskies in rushing with 636 yards on 140 carries... Averaged 4.5 yards per carry on the season... Was the team leader with 11 touchdowns... Led the team in all-purpose yards as well last season, finishing with 987 total yards... In addition to his backfield duties, Rosa had a team-best 15 kick-off returns for a total of 283 yards... Finished the regular season with his best game of his rookie campaign, running for 111 yards on 12 carries at Army West Point (Nov. 19)... He earned a spot on the Week 10 Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll after helping lead the Huskies to a win over New England rival Massachusetts (Nov. 4)... He had a season-high 17 carries, running for 87 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the 27-10 win. High School: Finished his high school career playing for head coach Jeff Papazian at Bristol Central High School in Connecticut. Rosa led Bristol Central to the CIAC quarterfinals and a 9-2 record in 2021 … Rushed for 2,728 yards, passed for 849 yards, and scored 41 touchdowns in his senior campaign.
