Terrence Brown

Career Honors 2023 GLIAC Freshman of the Year 2x 2nd Team All-GLIAC (2024, 2023) 2024 Brown finished the season with 530 yards rushing and tied for a team-best six rushing touchdowns. He ended the season as the third-leading receiver with 21 touches for 337 and four touchdowns, which tied for the most on the team. He rushed for over 100 yards in the 27-14 win over Roosevelt on October 12. He averaged over seven yards-per-carry twice (at Roosevelt, at Wayne State) with the best total of 7.8 per rush coming against the Warriors. He led the Cardinals with 1,049 all-purpose yards and was also the team's leading scorer with 66 points, with 11 total touchdowns (6 rush, 4 receiving, 1 punt return). 2023 Played in all 11 games for the Cardinals. He ranked third in the GLIAC in rushing, registering 688 yards on 126 carries with six touchdowns. He averaged 5.4 yards per rush and combined rushing and receiving totals for 905 all-purpose yards, leading SVSU in that category and ranking sixth in the league. He was the only player in the GLIAC to have over 500 rushing yards and 100 receiving yards. He made his collegiate debut in the Red Feather Game against Winona State, where he finished with 168 rushing yards--a career-best total--and two scores in the 34-24 win. He led the Cardinals in rushing with 733 yards (5.4 ypc) and six touchdowns. He rushed for over five yards per carry seven times during the season (vs. Winona State, vs. Northwood, at Ferris State, vs. Wayne State, at Davenport, vs. Northern Michigan, at Michigan Tech), including a career-high 8.4 yards per rush against Winona State.
