Ryan Rudzinski

Ohio State Overview • Ryan is in his third season with the football program • He was an invited walk-on and joined the team in June of 2023 • He played against Western Michigan in the 2024 season and he experienced his first collegiate action in 2023 when he got into the Michigan State game • He is a two-time OSU Scholar-Athlete and an Academic All-Big Ten Conference honoree who is majoring in finance Honors & Awards 2024: OSU Scholar-Athlete, Academic All-Big Ten Conference 2023: OSU Scholar-Athlete More on Ryan • Ryan had a standout senior season at Bishop Watterson where he was a two-way player • Racked up 89 tackles and 10 interceptions as a safety of defense while also contributing 2,098 all-purpose yards and 19 touchdowns on offense • Played safety, quarterback and wide receiver during his career while also returning kickoffs and punts • Also played baseball at Bishop Watterson • Father, Jerry Rudzinski, played linebacker for the Buckeyes from 1994-98 and was a captain as a senior when Ohio State went 11-1 and won Big Ten Conference and Sugar Bowl championships
