MARIN CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL Second Team All-Marin County Athletic League honors at offensive guard as a senior. Letter winner in football. Helped lead Marin Catholic Football to 2021 CIF Division 2 state championship. PERSONAL INFORMATION Majoring in sports management. Son of Marie and William Powers. WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? Marin Catholic high school was somewhere I could get a great education and compete in football at the highest level, at Linfield I thought the experience would be a good transition for me. WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? It means things won't be easy, I won't have as much time to do things for myself because I'm responsible for a team, and my classes. HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? It taught me how to work, how to physically and mentally exhaust yourself for the sake of your team, and yourself. WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? Hopefully doing anything related to sports, it's my passion, and if I can land a decent job in sports it'll feel like I'm not working at all
