Niuafe Tuihalamaka
Played in all 13 games, making one start in his rookie season. Ended the year with six total tackles, four solo. Was a key contributor on some of the nation’s top special teams units, playing on punt block and kickoff. Worked as both an inside linebacker and as part of the Irish’s hybrid defensive lineman/outside linebacker position later in the season. Prep: Four-star recruit. Set to compete in the All-American Bowl and the Polynesian Bowl. 2021 All-League Defensive MVP. Recorded 65 or more tackles in his first full two seasons at Bishop Alemany. Finished his senior season with 84 total tackles, 12.0 TFLs, four sacks and three forced fumbles. Led Bishop Alemany to a 4-1 record in a shortened junior campaign. Played under head coach Casey Clausen. Son of Niuafe Tuihalamaka.
