On ESPN, Walker is the No. 43 linebacker and the No. 128 player from Georgia. Rivals listed him as a four-star recruit, the No. 19 linebacker, and the No. 51 player from Georgia. On3 ranked Walker as a three-star recruit, the No. 174 linebacker, and the No. 193 player from Georgia. AT BUFORD Played four seasons of varsity football for head coach Bryant Appling at Buford High School. Named to the All-Region First Team three times after each of his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. His senior year, he has helped lead the Wolves to a 12-2 record and a trip to the Georgia 6A semifinals against fellow Colorado commit Julian Lewis. Walker finished with 60 tackles, three tackles for loss, one sack, one fumble recovery, and one forced fumble. He led the Buford to finish as the No. 12 high school football team in the country. During Walker’s junior season, he finished with 54 tackles, four tackles for loss, and two quarterback hurries to help lead the team to an 11-2 record and an appearance in the 7A quarterfinals. Walker chipped in five tackles during his sophomore season in a year where they made the 7A quarterfinals. PERSONAL Walker is the son of Brittany and Malcolm Walker and has two younger siblings Marley and Montana. His father played college football at Fort Valley State. Walker has two famous musical artists in the family Jaquees and Janel Monet. Volunteered his time to help his community by volunteering with the Lawrenceville Sheriff's Department for over two years. Distributed food for families in need for Thanksgiving and distributed Christmas gifts for children at a barbershop. Assisted with children’s bible study at Suwanee Kingdom Hall.
