Get to Know Leyton... Who is your biggest role model? My biggest role model is my father. He challenged me every day to compete at the highest level in athletics and life. My parents are a big part in the person I am today. Tell us about your hometown/where you're from? I'm from Goodland, Kansas, but was born in Wray, Colorado. I love the small town feel and the very supportive community I am from. Goodland High School competes in the 3A KSHSAA classification. What is one thing that someone wouldn't know about you? I come from a very large family. I have three sisters (Lauren, Lindsey, Libby) and one brother (Linkon). I also have 22 first cousins on my dad's side. Career Honors: 2025: Kansas' nominee for the Allstate AFCA Good Hands Team.. 2024: CSC Academic All-District. 2025: Played in all 12 games, earning one start at tight end at Iowa State... Caught four passes for 63 yards on the season, including his first career touchdown against Utah... Wagner: Had one reception for 10 yards in the win over Wagner...Oklahoma State: Caught two passes for 32 yards... Utah: Recorded his first career touchdown against Utah on a 21-yard reception. 2024: Played in all 12 games in 2024, starting one vs. Colorado ...
