HOCKINSON HIGH SCHOOL Lettered three seasons in football. Team captain and offensive MVP as a senior. Twice named his team basketball defensive MVP. Qualified for state meet in the 4x100 and the long jump. Recorded the second-best long jump in program history. PERSONAL INFORMATION Majoring in exercise science. Son of Melissa and Karl Johnson. WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AND WHY? I would say Physiology, HHPA 384, and Anatomy because I learned the most interesting and applicable information from those classes to my career field. WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAVE THEY BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? I would say my mom. She's literally Superwoman. She works super hard and does so much for our family. She inspires me every day to work hard and always be selfless. THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN… One of the biggest things I learned is that you have to put in the work that others won't, to get the opportunity that others don't. AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... My individual goal is to be an All-American, and my team goal is to win a national championship.
