2025 Named a team captain. Named the preseason ASC defensive player of the year. Named a preseason All-American by D3football.com. 2024 Named second-team all-south region by D3football.com First-team all-ASC selection. Started all 11 games. Led the team with 98 tackles, including 13 for losses and four sacks. Forced a fumble and recovered two more. Had five games with double-digit tackles, including a season-best 16 against McMurry. Named academic all-ASC. Transferred from Division II Northeastern State in Tahlequah, Okla. Prior to HSU Played in all 11 games as a redshirt freshman. Recorded 30 tackles. Had a career-best six tackles against Central Missouri. Redshirted in 2022. High School Played at Quinlan Ford High School where he was the district MVP. Named to the 4A all-state team. Rushed for 2,000 yards and had 160 tackles as a senior. Personal Son of Keith and Kathy Roden. Business Management major. Birthday is Nov. 11.
