2024 (Redshirt Freshman) Played in six games while starting one this season. Recorded 11 total tackles this season. Recorded a career-high five tackles vs. Idaho State (11/16/24). 2023 (Freshman) Appeared in three games while redshirting the 2023 season. Made his collegiate debut at home vs. Cal Poly where he recorded his first career tackle. Best on Landry: "Jonathan is a pure football player and a Washington state product. We know he can play multiple positions when he gets on the field here. His ball skills are exceptional, and he is physical at the point of contact. First-Team All-League selection for the Greater St. Helens Conference, earning Defensive Player of the Year. Also earned all-region First-Team honors. Also competed in track and field. Personal Parents are Martha (mother) and Ron Piper (stepfather). Has a personal goal to earn his master's degree before leaving Eastern.
