Get to Know Jason... What is the significance behind your jersey number? I was given the number 70 in high school. At what age did you start playing football and how did you get into football? I started playing flag football when I was 7. Who is your biggest role model? My dad is my role model because he is always there to mentor me and teach me. Who was your favorite player growing up and who do you model your game after? J.J. Watt was my favorite player growing up. Tell us about your hometown/where you're from? I was originally born in Appleton, Wisconsin, but moved to Olathe, Kansas, when I was six and have lived there since. How would you describe your game to someone who hasn't seen you play? I am very aggressive and rough. What is one thing that someone wouldn't know about you? When I was younger my nickname was biscuit boy. 2025: Did not see game action. 2024: Did not see game action. High School: Played defensive tackle and offensive line under head coach Anthony Orrick at Blue Valley Southwest… Tallied 17 tackles, 2 tackles-for-loss and 2.0 sacks as a senior in 2023 .. Was named SportsInKansas All-State 5A First Team… Father, David, played football at KU from 1988-1993… Sister, Anna, currently attends KU.
