2024 SEASON (FRESHMAN) Redshirt season … did not see any game action as a true freshman … scout team member. HIGH SCHOOL Attended Alamo Heights High School in San Antonio, Texas … elected a team captain his senior season … helped push Alamo Heights to the regional semifinal round of the Class 5A Division II playoffs as a senior … previously part of a Mules program that advanced to the same round his junior year as well … Three-year varsity letterwinner on the offensive line … Alamo Heights was the champion of District 14-5A each of those two seasons … recognized as an All-District 14-5A first team honoree as both a junior and senior … credited with 150 knockdowns between those two seasons with 80 as a senior and 70 his junior year. Honored as a three-time Academic All-District honoree for his work in the classroom … competed for the track and field program in the shot put and discus as well as with the lacrosse team. Graduated early and joined the Red Raiders in the spring of 2024 … CHOSE TEXAS TECH OVER: Air Force, Army, Houston, Fordham, Incarnate Word and San Diego. PERSONAL Jackson Hildebrand … son of David and Carey Hildebrand … is the oldest of three children … has a sister, Harty and a brother, Hudson … father was a three-year starter and all-conference guard for Air Force (1998-2000). Enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time. A marketing major at Texas Tech.
