Jackson is a sophomore quarterback for the Wildcats out of Ennis, Texas. He transferred to Weber State in January 2025 after two seasons at UTSA. UTSA Spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons at UTSA, but did not appear in any games…Was named to the American Athletic Conference All-Academic team in 2023.
