Henry Wood

High School: Wood was a team captain for Newaygo and a defensive Co-MVP. He was a two-time All-Conference selection at tight end/outside linebacker and an All-Region tight end honoree. In his senior season he finished with six all purpose touchdowns with 150 receiving yards, 56 total tackles, two forced fumbles, an interception, four sacks and four pass deflections for Newaygo High School. He was a member of the National Honors Society and an Academic All-State honoree. Personal: Henry is the son of Jason and Susie Wood. He plans to earn a degree in mechanical engineering while at Michigan Tech.
