Honors & Awards » Three-Time Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll » Academic All-Big Ten (2025) » Brook Berringer Citizenship Team (2025) » Tom Osborne Citizenship Team (2025) 2025 (Redshirt Freshman) Hayes Miller played in two games in 2025, seeing action against Akron and Houston Christian. 2024 (Redshirt) Miller played in one game while redshirting in 2024. Before Nebraska (Mill Valley HS/Coffeyville CC) Miller played one season at Coffeyville Community College in Kansas before transferring to Nebraska. He caught three passes for 30 yards in his lone season as a Raven. Miller played his senior high school season for Mill Valley, which won a state title. As a senior, Miller was an honorable-mention all-state and second-team all-league selection after catching 39 passes for 671 yards and seven touchdowns. Following his senior season, he was selected to participate in the Kansas vs. Missouri All-Star Game. Miller was also a standout on the track. He finished second in Class 6A in the 400 meters at the Kansas state track meet as a senior. As a junior for Palmyra High School in Missouri, Miller posted top-eight finishes in Class 3 in the 100, 200 and 400 meters. As a sophomore for Palmyra, Miller finished fourth in Class 2 at the state track meet. Personal Hayes is the son of Michelle McMullen and Tim Miller and the stepson of Helen Miller. Hayes is a criminolgy and criminal justice major.
