Honors: Southland Conference Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 1, 2025) 2025 Season: One of four defensive players to start every game during the year…led the team with 81 tackles, was second on the team with 5.5 tackles for loss with 1.0 sack…named SLC Defensive Player of the Week following his first game as a Demon after posting eight tackles (2.0 for loss) with a sack, a QB hurry and a pass breakup in the win against Alcorn State (Aug. 28)…had double-digit tackles twice during the season – at Prairie View A&M (career-high 16) and at Houston Christian (11)…made at least three tackles in every game of the season…first career interception came against East Texas A&M (Oct. 4). Prior to NSU: Played two seasons at Copiah-Lincoln Community College … recorded 50 tackles (seven for loss), two fumble recoveries, one sacks and one pass breakup in nine games as a sophomore … had 10 tackles (1.5 for loss) and a sack in six games as a freshman. High School: Three-year letterman for the Gryphons … named first-team all-state and all-region in both his junior and senior seasons, helping the Gryphons produce 13 wins in those two seasons … first-team all-region and honorable mention all-state as a sophomore … member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
