HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL DATA: Played defensive back and wide receiver at Huron High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan . . . recorded 57 tackles and seven pass break-ups on defense, while catching 42 passes for 523 yards and two TDs on offense as a senior in 2023 . . . earned first-team all-conference honors on defense and honorable mention accolades on offense . . . also named to the MLive Ann Arbor Dream Team (first team on defense, second team on offense) . . . also ran track and played baseball . . . his older brother, Dion, was a three-year letterwinner as a tight end at Michigan State and played six seasons in the NFL (Dolphins, 2013-16; Bears, 2017-18) . . . his brother, Demetrius, played baseball at Bethune-Cookman and was drafted by the Miami Marlins in the 14th round of the 2017 MLB Draft.
