High School: Joins Charleston Southern from Crawfordville, Florida where he attended Gadsden County High School where he played under Head Coach Russell Ellington and position coach Travis Gordon ... During his senior year, he had a punt return, kick return and pick-six for touchdowns during the year ... In total on the year he had two interceptions, 46 tackles and 13 pass breakups ... For his junior year, he had three interceptions which included a pick-six to go with 72 tackles, a fumble recovery and seven pass breakups ... During his sophomore season, he had 20 tackles, 10 pass breakups, two interceptions, two forced fumbles, three blocked field goals and two blocked punts ... One of the top games of his career came against McCallie High School where he had eight tackles, four pass breakups and a pick-six ... Earned First-Team All Big-Bend following his junior year ... Also was a member of the track & field and basketball teams with him averaging 20 points a game and was the team MVP ... Also received offers from UMass, South Alabama, Arkansas State, Florida A&M, UT Martin and Long Island.
