CAREER NOTES: In his second season at Tulsa … Appeared in 11 career games … Has 25 career tackles. 2024 Academic All-Conference 2024: Appeared in 11 games for TU in the defensive backfield. Made his collegiate debut against Northwestern State (Aug. 29). Tallied 25 tackles (18 solo, 7 assisted) on the season. Set a career-high with 11 tackles at South Florida. Had a tackle in eight out of the 11 games he appeared in. His first tackle of his career came against Oklahoma Stet (Sept. 14). HIGH SCHOOL Started four years on offense and defense at Poteau High School. Helped lead his team to a four-year mark of 42-9 record, including 12-1 as a senior. Played running back his final three seasons after playing the receiver position as a freshman and played safety for all four years. Had a 3-star rating by On3, ESPN and Rivals. Hamed the state of Oklahoma’s 25th-ranked recruit by 247Sports. Totaled 3,749 rushing yards and 58 TDs in his career on offense and had 272 tackles and 18 interceptions on the defensive side of the ball. As a senior, totaled 909 rushing yards and 21 TDs for a 10.2 average per carry. Had seven TD receptions on 11 receptions his senior year. Totaled 59 tackles and five interceptions his senior campaign. Was the District 4A-4 MVP and River Valley Defensive MVP as a senior. Was the Team MVP as a junior and Team Offensive Player of the Year his sophomore season. Rushed for 1,279 yards and 14 TDs as a junior, while racking up 65 tackles and two interceptions. Gained 1,307 rushing yards and 18 TDs and compiled 65 tackles and two pickoffs his sophomore season. Also lettered four times in baseball and basketball and two times each in track and powerlifting.
