PRIOR TO CORNELL Kiser was a four-year varsity wide receiver that helped Cardinal Gibbons HS to back-to-back state championships in 2020 and 2021 … was awarded first-team all-league honors in 2021 … named a team captain his senior year … was a four-year track runner, setting both the 100- and 200-meter school records his senior spring … awarded first-team honors in 2021 and 2022 for his performance on the track. PERSONAL Davon R. Kiser is the son of Tasha Abrams and Roosevelt Kiser and has a younger brother and sister … his father played football at Florida A&M, ranking in the top 10 in school history for career receiving yards, and proceeded to play a year in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2007 … he is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
