Daniel Bray

2025: Appeared in eight games, making his collegiate debut on the road at West Virginia. Tallied 38 carries for 265 yards and a touchdown in his freshman season, averaging 7.0 yards per carry. Returned three kickoffs for 64 yards against K-State. Put together his best collegiate performance at No. 15 BYU, rushing 10 times for 121 yards and his first touchdown. His 49-yard touchdown run in Provo was the longest by a Ute since the 2023 season. Tallied nine carries for 43 yards against No. 17 Cincinnati. Rushed three times for 32 yards against the Mountaineers. Followed that up with five carries for 41 yards against No. 21 Arizona State. High School: Three-star recruit out of North Crowley HS after playing three seasons at Abilene Cooper HS. Led North Crowley to an undefeated 2024 season with a Class 6A Division I championship. First-team all-district in 2023 at Cooper HS. Tallied 84 carries as a senior, ranking second on the team with 728 rushing yards (8.7 ypc) and 13 touchdowns. Rushed for 1,359 yards and 22 touchdowns as a junior. Averaged 8.8 yards per carry his junior season. Also had 84 carries for 587 yards (8 TD) as a sophomore, adding 219 receiving yards (1 TD). Also competed in track and field, running a 10.38 in the 100 meters.
