Connor Gemmell

Prior to St. Lawrence Gemmell played football and baseball at Highland High School. For football he was a team captain, on the 845 watch list, All-Class/All-League Section IX, Class B, and a Senior All-Star Game Selection. In baseball he was a three-year varsity player, team captain, on the 845 watch list, an All-Class/All-League All-Star Team Section IX, Class B, Second-Team, Section IX – Daily Freeman and Second-Team, Section IX – Poughkeepsie Journal. Academically, Gemmell held a 4.0 GPA, was a member of the National Honor Society, a 2023 Section IX NYSPHSAA Leadership Conference Attendee, a 2024 Highland High School Leader of the Pack for the month of April, an Ulster County Superintendents Council Principals Award – Academic Excellence and received the Highland Invitational Scholarship Award, the Highland Babe Ruth Baseball Award and the Lucy & Charlie Busick Award in Memory of Kelli Lynn.
