PRIOR TO UTEP Played one season at Trinity Valley Community College. Saw action in eight games with the Cardinals in 2024 as a redshirt sophomore. Logged 20 tackles with a tackle for loss, an interception and two breakups. Tallied five tackles and an INT in a win over NMMI. Posted five tackles in a win at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College. Had a breakup at Tyler JC. Recorded three tackles and a breakup in a win against Air Force Prep. Played at TCU for two seasons (2022, 2023). Saw action in 12 games as a true freshman in 2022, posting four tackles. Three of the four came on special teams. Played in four games in 2023, recording a fumble recovery in a win over Nicholls. Four-star recruit coming out of Garland High School. Rated by 247Sports as the no. 11 safety in the nation, no. 29 overall player in Texas and no. 160 in the country. Ranked by ESPN as the sixth-best safety in the nation. Helped Garland to a 10-1 record and a Texas 6A Division II playoff appearance. Totaled 100 tackles, seven TFLs, five interceptions and nine breakups during prep career.
