2024: Played in four games, making one start in the season-opener at SMU (8/31)…registered a career-high six tackles at SMU (8/31)…recorded his first career interception in a win over Louisiana Christian (9/14) while also making a pair of tackles…finished with four tackles at UTSA (9/21)…ended the season with 13 tackles, one interception and one pass breakup…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 2023: King appeared in nine games as a sophomore, making a start vs. Lamar (9/30)…ended the year with 11 tackles, including a season-high four at UT Martin (9/16)…recovered a pair of fumbles during the season, one in a 30-0 win over Prairie View A&M (10/14) and returned another for a touchdown against UIW (11/18)…blocked a field goal attempt in the season opener against Arkansas Baptist (9/2). 2022: King appeared in 10 games as a true freshman…recorded nine tackles with one pass breakup…tallied a career-high five tackles along with a breakup at Tarleton (11/19)…made three tackles vs. Northwestern State (10/15). High School: King was a three-year letterwinner at Veterans Memorial High School for coach Richard Mendoza…as a senior, earned All-District 12-5A First Team honors…as a junior, made 56 tackles, two interceptions, which he returned for a total of 75 yards, and forced a fumble.
