Named to the Daily Oklahoman Super 30 list. Was a SBLive Oklahoma first-team all-state selection his junior season. Was a three-time academic all-conference and all-state honoree. Received a 3-star rating by 247Sports. Rated as the No. 25 recruit in Oklahoma by 247Sports. Lettered in lacrosse. High school coach was Loren Montgomery. PERSONAL Enjoys fishing, hunting and playing video games. Enjoys cooking and baking. Favorite pro sports team is the Houston Texans. His favorite NFL player is Trent Williams. Favorite actor is Adam Sandler and his favorite musician is Zach Bryan. Lists “Grown Ups” as his favorite movie. Lists working as a landscaper as his favorite summer job. In May 2022, he and Bixby teammate Joey Toma and another Good Samaritan came to the rescue of a teenage girl after she suffered a medical issue and crashed her car into a pond. His favorite sports movie is “The Blind Side.” Began playing football at age 7. Has three siblings. Parents are Brad and Rachael Duffel. Majoring in energy management.
