Anthony Thompson

Thompson is coming to Emporia State from Fort Osage HS in Missouri. His Senior year he was named to the All-Simone Team, First-Team All-Conference, Conference Defensive Player of the year, First-Team All-State Linebacker and Class 5A Defensive Player of the Year. He was named First-Team All-State and First-Team All-Conference his Sophomore and Junior seasons. Thompson was a Buck Buchannan Finalist in Senior year. In his career he had 420 total tackles, eight forced fumbles, three pass breaks-ups and two interceptions. He is also a member of the Fort Osage Track and Field team. He plans on majoring in business.
