Get to Know Amir ... What is the significance behind your jersey number? I wear 56 because I feel like greatness follows that number. At what age did you start playing football and how did you get into football? I started playing football at six and my family is a football family. Who is your biggest role model? My parents and my brother. They are my village and my support system which makes me push for greatness. Who was your favorite player growing up and who do you model your game after? I model my game after many OL NFL players. I love watching the Detroit Lions offensive line. Tell us about your hometown/where you're from? I'm from Southfield, Michigan. My hometown produces great football players. How would you describe your game to someone who hasn't seen you play? A player with a mean streak and a guy who's going to give 150% to his craft. What is one thing that someone wouldn't know about you?
